The tree house was sited in an old walnut tree, arborially assessed to be strong enough to bear the weight.

A tranquil area of the garden out of site of the main house, dictated the tree house location. It was surrounded by a small orchard, the perfect place for the children to play, or adults to relax.

Organic Design
The ideas for the tree house centred around an organic design that worked with the shape of the tree allowing for movement & growth. The spherical shape of the tree naturally dictated the construction of the tree house. The design entailed no nails to secure the treehouse to the tree.

Living with Nature
The tree house is so well disguised by the old walnut tree that birds nest in its branches.
